Prices shown on the website are shown per leg of the trip. The return trip is the same price as the first one.

The service only includes water, soft drinks and cold towels on airport pickups. Return trips do include Wi-Fi and complimentary water / soda. You may order drinks by choosing one from our drink menu, and we will gladly include it in any leg of your trip.
You may choose to have additional stops during your transfer service. Deviations are charged at a rate of US$20 per stop, if the deviation doesn’t exceed 10 Km from the original intended route. Deviations further than 10 Km from the route will be charged as an additional transfer. Wait times (parked vehicle) are charged at US$30 per hour.

The driver will meet you at the meet and greet area, after the baggage claim, at any of the international airports int he Dominican Republic. He / she will be holding a sign with your name on it. You may walk to the parking lot with the driver or wait for him / her at the curb to pick up your party and luggage.

Nope. Once you book and you receive our electronic confirmation, the pickups and drop-offs are automatically scheduled in our dispatch system, so there is no need for you to call and reconfirm.
Yes we do, we charge USD$5.00 per trip. Please include them in your “details” section, before you enter your credit card information. Please make sure you include the age and approximate weight of your child.
The driver will not leave the airport for up to two hours after your flight has landed. If you have any kind of problem that wont allow you to exit the terminal within two hours after you land, make sure you send one of the people in your party to notify the driver that you will be out shortly.
We monitor all inbound and outbound flights. We will adjust our dispatch time accordingly in order to be there once you arrive. If your flight is cancelled (by the airline) we will do our best to reschedule your transfer for your new date and time, although we cannot guarantee availability.
Paid reservations are non refundable. Should you decide to cancel your airport transfers, you may choose to set new dates and times for a future trip. Credit is valid up to one year after the original transfer was scheduled and will depend on vehicle availability.
  1. You will then walk on to baggage claim, get your luggage and go through Customs.
  2. There you have to complete a blue/white form with your general customs declaration.
  3. Once you clear customs, you will go straight out to the curb where our driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Payments are processed using SSL encryption and your information will be stored in a secure system where your credit card information cannot be seen. Our agents can only see that you have a card on file and the last four digits. No charges can be made to your card unless you confirm the security code, which we do not store.
All of our vehicles are company-owned. In fact we’re the only online transportation retailer in the Dominican Republic who owns their entire fleet.
